"Come On Pelican" is part of the "The World Is Yours" art collection.  This particular piece is inspired by the famous bathtub scene where the main character Tony Montana is sitting in a huge bubble bath while smoking a cigar; watching a wildlife show on TV.  At one point there is a crocodile attacking a flock of flamingos, and Tony roots for the flamingos by yelling, "Come on pelican, pelican fly!"
